Below are some typical duties for our housekeeping staff, however, these can be tailored to your specific needs, and home and other duties can be discussed.
- General Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning in all rooms.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, appliances, and dishes; organize pantry and refrigerator; and assist in meal prep if requested.
- Bathroom Sanitization: Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, ensuring all surfaces are hygienic and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Laundry Services: Wash, fold, and organize laundry as needed; manage linens and towels for proper use throughout the week.
- Organizational Tasks: Assist in organizing rooms, closets, and other spaces, ensuring clutter-free and efficient living environments.
- Specialized Cleaning: Undertake special projects, such as deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning tasks, as requested by clients.
- Pet Care: Provide basic care for household pets, including feeding, walking, and cleaning pet areas, if needed.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with clients to understand specific needs and preferences, adjusting services as necessary.
Scheduling Options & Service Durations
- Full-Time: Comprehensive cleaning services between 40 to 50 hours per week across 5 days in 7 days. Can be live-in or live-out.
- Part-Time: Flexible cleaning services with a minimum of 20 hours per week up to 39 hours per week.
- Temporary: Minimum 4 days to 11.5 months or Seasonal.
- Permanent: 12 months (52 weeks a year) or longer.
Expert Housekeeping Evaluation
In addition to our temporary and permanent housekeeping services, we also provide the opportunity to have an overall assessment of your home done by one of our cleaning experts. They would come in on a temporary basis to provide various organizational systems within the home to make it function at the hospitality level. The expert candidates can also be available to provide maintenance throughout the year and train your current full-time staff so that your home runs like a well-oiled machine.
